Chimney Relining
We will check that your chimney requires lining in some cases it will be necessary to use the CCTV Camera (there is a charge for this service) then discuss what liner will suit your needs.
In most properties, the chosen method is to install a flexible metal liner either Class 1 (316) or Class 1 (904) or Class 2 for some types of gas and oil appliances. We also install Pumice Lined Systems which will last the lifetime of the building. No chimney? Then we will install a Twin Wall Insulated Chimney System. It is essential for your chimney to be lined according to Building Regulation Requirements. We install liners for open fires, Aga/Rayburn rangers, biomass boilers and extraction systems.
We can only give an estimate after visiting the property, so that in the event there is remedial work to be undertaken, it can be discussed on the day. A written estimate will be sent.
We also fit chimney pots, cowls, ventilation caps, bird guards and terminals.
We will advise you, and supply and fit what is suitable for your requirements. With some properties, to access the chimney stack we will require using our roof platform or hiring scaffolding - in these cases an estimate will be provided.
